Why Your Bedroom is the Most Important Room : 10 Health Benefits of Natural Light

Hello Beautiful Souls!

It’s been a huge year for me with lots of changes, movements, and surprises. It’s March 2022 already and Spring is here. This is my favorite time of the year, mostly because all the beautiful flowers are blooming. Can you feel the change in the air? Here in North American we have a Daylight Savings time change which gives us more daylight sunshine filled days (especially here in Florida). I have been out taking pictures and being in so much nature, but how about we bring more nature into the home?

One of the best ways to achieve this is to simply open the windows to let fresh light and air into the entire home. I usually do this early in the am as it’s a very humid place where I live, and make the most of my non-air conditioner time. Indoor air quality is vital for our health and is not recognized by a lot of individuals, this topic and many others will be featured at our next class series with my colleague Claudine and I, at Gaia Therapeat on March 19th, 2022.

BE SURE TO LET THE LIGHT IN!
Natural daylight is good for the immune system and cleans all the bacteria out of the home. The bedroom is the most important room in the house as it’s the place for rest and recovery. If you have limited time, be sure to clean your bedroom.

Sometimes adding more natural light to your environment simply isn’t possible. If this is the case, then get outside as much as you can.

Another option is to use Light therapy devices like Biocharger NG in the home. Light therapy has a proven track record for treating the symptoms that accompany SAD disorder, and for especially those who live in areas like the Pacific Northwest. There are reports stating it’s as effective as antidepressants. Biocharger sessions work, come get your charge on Here at Thermae Spa and let the light in!!! CONTACT me here for more info.
